This is just the instrumental end-section of Running. It was InSoc's first sample-fest song. It was the first time we had access to a digital sampler. The guy saying "Yesiree!" is from Scooby Doo. The "HWAH!" exclamation is James Brown, of course... orchestra hits, sound effects... it was fun.
