Probably no song was more instrumental in making InSoc than Running. Written by Murat Konar in 1984, He and Paul recorded the first version in Minneapolis that year with Murat singing. Later re-mixed by Tommy Boy, it became a big radio and club hit in New York and Miami, starting a whole new phase for the band: The Track Show Days.
